How to move the list
Export CSV from Housecall Pro Download clients as CSV, and jobs or services if you want that history. Housecall Pro's export labels change by plan, so use the export or reports screen in the account rather than a guessed menu. Keep the login until you have checked the import.

Choose Other CSV Go to Settings, then Import Data, and open the import wizard. Housecall Pro is not a named source. Choose Other CSV, then the data type: clients, staff, bookings, services, recurring plans, or property notes.
Check the mapping The wizard suggests a TidyWise field for each column. Change or skip anything it got wrong. Import clients first, then services, then bookings.
What stays in Housecall Pro
Invoices, quotes, and payment history are not imported. Export them for your own records if you still need them.
Cards on file do not come across in a CSV. Clients may need to add a card on the TidyWise booking page. Photos and message history stay behind.
