Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the new features unlock instantly. Downgrade and the new plan kicks in at the end of your current billing month — no partial refunds, but no lost access either.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
No trial — you pay from day one, but you can cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
What happens at the end of my paid month if I cancel?
You keep using TidyWise until the day your last paid month ends. After that your account drops to a read-only state — your data stays, you can come back any time by resubscribing.
Does the lifetime plan include future features?
Yes. Anything we ship later is included at no extra cost, for life. The only thing the lifetime plan does NOT include is the Custom plan's done-for-you requests — those are a Custom-tier benefit.
Can I buy ad management without TidyWise?
No — ad management is only available to TidyWise subscribers because the leads, jobs, and follow-ups all flow through the CRM.
