How to move the list
Export CSV from Booking Koala Download your clients, and jobs or services if you want them, as CSV. The menu name depends on the Booking Koala plan and version, so use the export or reports screen in that account. Keep the account open until the import looks right.
Start the TidyWise trial Data import is a Pro feature. The 30-day trial includes Pro, and no card is required to start.
Open the import wizard Go to Settings, then Import Data, and open the import wizard. Choose Booking Koala as the source, then pick clients, staff, bookings, services, recurring plans, or property notes.
Map columns and import clients first Review the suggested column match and the duplicate count before you run it. Rows that match an existing email are skipped. Import clients before bookings so jobs can attach to people who are already there.
What does not carry over
TidyWise does not import Booking Koala invoices, quotes, or payment history. Save those exports for your records.
Card numbers stay with the processor and are not in a client CSV. Photos, attachments, and old message threads are not part of that file either. Automations and the booking form need to be set up again.
