Recurring houses and one-off jobs share the calendar. Assign by person. Conflicts with other jobs or working hours stay on the screen until you save or override them.
Cleaners use the same staff app: today's jobs, directions, checklists, check-in, check-out, availability, and time off. iPhone installs from the App Store, Android from Google Play, and the phone browser works too.
Payroll on Pro calculates from completed jobs. You can pay by flat rate, hourly, or a percentage, using the wage you stored for that cleaner.
GPS on Pro shows each cleaner's live location, pins for today's jobs, and a driving ETA to the next stop. Check-in times are stored even on Basic. The map is the Pro piece.
