Send events to Zapier

1. Make a Catch Hook in Zapier In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier and a Catch Hook. Copy the hook URL Zapier gives you.
2. Paste it in TidyWise settings Open the Zapier webhooks section in Settings. Name the hook, paste the URL, and choose the event. TidyWise only accepts a URL that starts with https://hooks.zapier.com/.
3. Turn it on and test Save the hook, leave it active, and send a test from that card. Zapier has to be waiting for a sample before the action side of the Zap can map fields.

Events you can send

The hook list is: new client created, booking created, booking completed, booking cancelled, invoice paid, new lead, estimate sent, and review received.

Each hook is one event. Add another hook if you need a second event. TidyWise posts to the URL. Filters, delays, and the destination app are configured in Zapier.

The connection in the product is a Catch Hook webhook. You paste the Zapier URL into TidyWise settings and pick the event. You do not install a separate native Zapier app from this screen.
