The public booking page is a link you share. A client chooses a service, then bedrooms and bathrooms. A square-footage range appears when you have that field turned on, and selected add-on extras are added to the price. Weekly and bi-weekly are on the same page, and each can use the frequency discount you saved in booking settings.
The price uses the same rules as the booking form in your dashboard, so a website job and a job you enter yourself share one rate sheet. The last step saves a card before the visit is confirmed. Online booking with a card on file is on Basic at $49/mo, and the new job arrives with the address and the service.
The scheduler is a drag-and-drop calendar. You assign a cleaner, and the schedule step checks that person's other jobs and working hours before you save. A conflict stays on the screen, and you can override it when the overlap is intentional. Recurring visits and one-off cleans sit together. When a client needs a different day, you drag the job.
While you assign the visit, the form shows the distance from that cleaner's home to the address and an estimated drive time from that distance. Scheduling, including that estimate, is on Basic at $49/mo.
Route optimization is on Pro at $97/mo. The tracking map shows each cleaner's live location, pins for today's jobs, and a driving ETA to the next stop. The ETA uses a driving-time lookup when one is available, and a distance estimate when it is not. Cleaners open turn-by-turn directions from the job in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or the maps app on the phone. You set the order of the day on the calendar. The 30-day free trial includes Pro.
Basic includes estimates, invoices, and Stripe payments to your bank. An invoice is line items, a discount, tax, and a total. From the invoice list you email it to the customer. Cash, a check, or Zelle can be marked paid on the invoice. A draft can be edited, and a paid invoice stays on the list so you can duplicate it.
Estimates sit on their own list while a job is still a quote. A card saved on the public booking page is already there for the next visit. Invoicing and payments are on Basic.
